Services

[AMLuxe Detailing LLC] provides mobile auto detailing services. All services are subject to availability and vehicle condition. Prices may vary based on vehicle size, condition, and level of contamination.

 

Booking & Scheduling

  • Appointments must be scheduled in advance through our website, phone, or messaging platform.

  • A deposit may be required to secure your appointment.

  • Final pricing may be confirmed after vehicle inspection.
     

 

Deposits & Payments

  • Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future appointment with proper notice.

  • Remaining balances are due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed.

  • Accepted payment methods include [cash, card, Zelle, etc.].
     

 

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • We require at least [24/48] hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in loss of deposit.

Mobile Service Requirements

  • Safe and legal access to the vehicle

  • Adequate space to work

  • Access to water and/or electricity if required (unless otherwise stated)
     

If these requirements are not met, the appointment may be canceled and the deposit forfeited.

 

Vehicle Condition Disclaimer

  • Heavily soiled vehicles, pet hair, biohazards, mold, or excessive stains may require additional fees or may be refused.

  • We do not guarantee complete removal of all stains, scratches, odors, or defects.

  • Pre-existing damage is not the responsibility of [AMLuxe Detailing LLC].
     

 

Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must remove personal belongings prior to service.

  • [AMLuxe Detailing LLC] is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items left in the vehicle.
     

 

Satisfaction Policy

If you are not satisfied with the service, you must notify us before the technician leaves so concerns can be addressed immediately. Refunds are not guaranteed once the service is completed.

 

Liability Limitation

[AMLuxe Detailing LLC] is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage

  • Mechanical or electrical issues

  • Paint failure due to prior damage, age, or improper care

  • Delays caused by weather, traffic, or circumstances beyond our control
     

Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
